I had similar issue a few days ago. I went in to control panel, program features, and looked at what was installed by date right when the problems started then I uninstalled those programs. I also had to reset my home page in the browser. that was it, there were a few programs that installed from a website that I had to unintall, I cannot remember the names. You may or may not have the same ones I had, so your solution could be different.

I had so much of this shit coming up on my chrome. Adblock fixed it.

 

It should say somwhere on the ad what it is called then go into your control panel and click uninstall a program and try and find it in there. It most likely downloaded when you downloaded something else.

 

its ok now i had to restart my pc for it to fully delete it.
