How do I make a car from scratch

so I want to make a car from scratch or make a car out of vanilla models (don't really want to make meshslap)
But it seems to be there is not really a specific tutorial for that. Does anyone know how to make one?

 

i'd suggest you start by looking up how to model cars in blender, there are loads of tutorials for that online.
the secon half of making a modd, (arguably the harder part) is the JBeam side.
i suggest you start off by making some simpler mods to familiarise yourself with the jbeam system, a tutorial like this one is a good start:

There's no real answer on how to make your own car, it's a huge project that can take years to make a good one.
The way most modders learn is starting small and work up from there. For example, my first mod I got in game was a simple sunburst widebody.
Some tips for learning though, just look through official vehicles, see how they're made and make some edits/mods to them, read vehicle creation devblogs (https://wiki.beamng.com/Vehicle_Creation_Workflow, https://blog.beamng.com/new-vehicle-reveal-the-cherrier-vivace/).
