Hi. Amazing game/sim, brings such a smile to my face.

My specs are Ryzen 3950X and 2080ti - Running triple screens (I know this is high load) on iRacing I can get 144hz at 7880x1440.
Now on BeamNG I have dropped the res to 4098x768 and even the LOWEST settings do not get above 70hz.

Also, strangely it doesn't seem like the PC is under much strain?? -But the fans go nuts when I play iRacing.

    Any help appreciated.

The 0.22 update did mess around with the performance for a lot of players. The update somehow made it so that your GPU wouldn't use more than 50% of its power. For me, this did eventually go away. I don't think there is a fix.

Well, I would say it is a pretty hard workload and BeamNG is a very complex game. With a triple monitor setup you stress the gpu even more. And in my opinion 70fps is not that low. But it could also be the update 0.22.

I'm also having issues, though they go away when I set lighting to lowest. I was previously able to play all normal maps at 60 fps and lightrunner at 144fps with all settings at high minus dynamic reflections.
The profiler shows a very long PreRender process which doesn't show up at all when the lighting is set to lowest, so there might be something up with that. Unfortunate that we can't roll back to an older version to exactly examine what has changed.
    My system has a R5 1600 and a Vega 64 and I play at 1440p

You can roll back by going into steam, clicking on the properties of beamng, going in the "beta" tab and selecting the version you want to roll back to.

    Hi,

Please submit a ticket here: https://support.beamng.com/ and include your Support ID: https://supportid.beamng.com/

    Also please follow these steps:

    - Launch the game in Safe Mode
    - Options -> User Interface -> Enable Advanced Functions
    - Then when you are in-game: ESC -> Performance Graph

Please make and send us screenshot on 2 maps:
    1) Gridmap (outside)
    2) Please launch the map where you experience the lowest FPS.
    3) Launch the game with AI

Let it run for some seconds so it fills up with the data.

Take screenshots and attach them too

I'd like to go back to 0.21, not 0.14 (for obvious reasons)

I don't think you can roll back to 0.21, the only ones you can roll back to are for people with old DirectX versions that can't run newer versions of BeamNG. Hopefully in the near future a hotfix or a big update fixes these performance issues.
