Case: Teen crashes parents car

Description: A teen who was too young to drive decided it was a good idea to take their parents car out for a joyride.Once he was on the highway he started speeing going over 100mph.He looked at his phone to text his girlfriend.He looked up and saw he was about to hit someone.He swerved bu hit a gaurdrail sending him flying and flipping of 25 times.

Injuries: The driver died later that day at the hospital

Vehicles involved: 1990 Bruckell Legran

Aftermath: The car was scrapped 2 days later.The funeral was held 1 week later.

Case: ultimate carnage

Case: failed overtake, July 30th 1983.

Description: an impatient driver tried to pass a bus on a narrow road, and ended up forced up the banking, spinning across the road in front of the bus.

Injuries: the two occupants of the car were shaken, but unharmed.

Vehicles involved: 1971 Autobello Piccolina 130B, 1981 ARC 37F.

Location: just outside Castelletto, Italy.

Aftermath: the car sustained suspension and steering damage that rendered it undriveable, and it was laid up in a barn where it remains to this day. The bus continued in service until 2002 when it was scrapped.

Case: side impact, March 22nd 1998.

Description: a pickup truck with trailer turned out of a side road without checking properly- just around another corner was a Soliad, whose driver was vigilant enough to see the pickup and swerve, but not in time to stop- he hit the trailer.

Injuries: the truck driver suffered whiplash and some bruising from being thrown about. The Soliad driver was fine, but shaken.

Vehicles involved: 1987 Gavril D15 Sport, 1988 Soliad Wendover SE.

Location: East Coast, USA.

Aftermath: the Wendover was totalled, though insurance paid out to the driver. The pickup was kept running for many more years despite its deteriorating condition- the crash had caused some chassis damage which affected the drive but the owner was not willing to give it up over what he deemed to be "nothing". He also kept the trailer for a number of years more, though it at least received some repairs when one of the panels fell out.

Case: side impact, March 22nd 2021.

Description: an impatient driver in a pickup truck overtook a stationary car at a crossroads, running a stop sign and getting hit by a speeding car.

Injuries: the pickup's driver was trapped inside, his left leg so broken it could not be saved. The driver of the other car broke her wrist but was otherwise fine.

Vehicles involved: 1987 Gavril D15 Sport, 2017 ETK Kc6t.

Location: East Coast, USA.

Aftermath: the ETK was repairable, but since it was out of warranty and insurance only partially paid out (the driver admitted to going 10mph over the speed limit and using her phone at the time of the crash) it was very expensive. The truck was dead, and after being abandoned in a ditch at the crash site for a few days the county police department had it towed away and crushed. Its driver ended up losing his leg and his driving licence (for running a stop sign).

Case: Speeding van crushes car

Description: A Gavril H-Series returning from the local docks sped over a large crest at ~60 MPH, unaware of the LeGran on the other side. The van crushed the LeGran, which was shoved aside. The damaged van then rolled a few yards, where it sat in the middle of the road.

Injuries: The LeGran driver was killed on impact, and the H-Series driver was fine.

Vehicles involved: Gavril H-Series, Bruckell LeGran

Location: Small Island, USA

Aftermath:The H-Series driver was charged with reckless driving and vehicular manslaughter. He was imprisoned where he remains today. Both vehicles were totaled.

Case: Wrong way collision

Description: A ETK driver was driving along the freeway to their house from the shop.A Cherrier driver was driving out of state for a vacation.The ETK driver saw a broken down car in the road and swerved off the road.They thought they would make it but the axle hit a rock in the grass and made the wheel turned 90 degrees to the right causing the car ro go to the other side of the road.The Cherrier and ETK collided.

Injuries: The Cherrier driver fell unconcious and the ETK driver broke a arm.They were both sent to the hospital.

Vehicles involved: 2017 ETK 1300,2020 Cherrier Tograc

Location: Roane County,Tennessee

Aftermath: Both drivers later recovered

Case: hit-and-run, March 22nd 2021.

Description: a driver pulled over to help at the scene of an accident. As she set off again, she pulled onto the road and scraped a passing car that was in her blind spot. The other car did not stop, so she followed it another half-mile, with a 911 dispatcher on the phone, and pulled it over herself.

Injuries: none.

Vehicles involved: 2014 Hirochi Sunburst, 2021 Cherrier Tograc.

Location: East Coast, USA.

Aftermath: the case was settled at the roadside. Both parties deemed the damage to be so minor that neither car has been repaired, despite the Cherrier having a broken headlight.

Case: hit-and-run, November 6th 1994.

Description: a drunk driver leaving a petrol station and a taxi driver who was leaving the same petrol station but had left his cab in Drive while checking the meter collided, both hitting the sides of queuing cars. The drunk driver took off, but a little way up the highway he wiped out on another vehicle, veering up the banking and hitting a tree.

Injuries: the driver of the pickup truck he hit on the highway suffered mild whiplash, and though he did not realise it and seemed to be fine the drunk driver sustained severe head injuries.

Vehicles involved: 1993 Soliad Wendover SE, 1990 Bruckell LeGran, 1992 Gavril Grand Marshal, 1990 Ibishu Pessima, 1987 Gavril D15.

Location: West Coast, USA.

Aftermath: the drunk driver lost his licence for a year and was sentenced to six months in prison for DUI and dangerous driving. His Soliad, as well as the pickup truck, were totalled. The LeGran, with a new door, remained in service as a taxi until 2009 when it was scrapped. The Grand Marshal received a touch-up of paint to the damaged fender and is still around today. The Pessima lasted until 2017 when it was scrapped due to rust.

Case: loss of control, May 18th 2001.

Description: a car travelling at speed on a loosely-surfaced track was thrown off course by a bump and rolled down a hillside.

Injuries: all three occupants suffered minor head injuries, and the front passenger a broken arm.

Vehicles involved: 1995 Ibishu Hopper No Limits XT4.

Location: Natural Playground.

Aftermath: the car was a wreck, and the location was so remote an air ambulance had to be called out. All three made a full recovery.

Case: car hits ambulance, January 3rd 2003.

Description: when traffic stopped to let an ambulance pass, a driver assumed the one car they could see had stopped for them, so they pulled out. They hit the side of the ambulance which ricocheted into the side of an oncoming car.

Injuries: none.

Vehicles involved: 1999 Daewon DS626, 1999 Gavril H45 ambulance, 2002 Gavril D15.

Location: West Coast, USA.

Aftermath: no charges were brought against any party, and all three vehicles could be repaired. However, the Daewon was sold just a year later and its current location is unknown- it may have been stolen around 2005. The ambulance was retired in 2009 and now resides in a junkyard- the pickup is still around.

Case: side impact, June 10th 2007.

Description: a driver speeding and not paying attention hit an ambulance side-on.

Injuries: nothing major, though the ambulance driver hit his head quite hard in the collision.

Vehicles involved: 2005 Gavril H45 ambulance, 1989 Gavril Mione.

Location: West Coast, USA.

Aftermath: the car was totalled, and its driver had his licence suspended for reckless driving- he admitted to not watching the road at all in the moments leading up to the impact.

Case: robbery escape gone wrong, May 2nd 2021.

Description: three men robbed a convenience store and tried to make a getaway in a stolen car. However, while dodging traffic they lost control, veered off the road and got the car beached.

Injuries: none.

Vehicles involved: 2013 Hirochi Sunburst.

Location: East Coast, USA.

Aftermath: the men were all arrested and are currently awaiting trial. The car was totalled.

On Friday, May 14th 2021 at around 07:35 AM two white male suspects entered Nodeoline Gas Station Lot at US Route 1 approx. 4 miles south-west of Firwood, ME in a stolen 2011 Gavril H Beamcom service van and pulled over to gas pump 1.

07:37:04 AS leaves the van while JB stays inside the idling vehicle.

07:37:15 AS enters the shop and forces employee FM to "hand over some cash".

07:38:52 AS exits the shop with two plastic bags containing $39,893.39.

07:39:05 The suspects van accelerates heading towards the western lot exit.

07:39:17 Oncoming CB driving an orange 2014 Hirochi Sunburst is unable to respond to the sudden cut of the fleeing vehicle. Head-on collision into the left side of the van at 45 mph and 180° spin occurs. The suspects van - still able to drive - sets off westbound on US 1. CB suffers major head injuries due to a malfunctioning driver airbag.

07:41:03 JB loses control over his vehicle trying to overtake a Dansworth Firwood School District Bus at full throttle, probably hitting a bump. Driver GR manages to stop the bus safely without any of the 39 passengers getting injured.

07:41:06 After sliding off the road the Beamcom van collides with a tree at an impact speed of around 53 mph, spinning 180° and falling to the side of the road. AS who was sitting in the rear of the transporter gets ejected through the left rear door window.

07:44:53 FCSD Deputies SM and FW arrive at the scene.

07:45:25 FCSD Officer AH arrives at the scene.

07:49:30 FCFD Engine 1, Fire Chief and Ambulance Unit 1 arrive at the scene.

07:51:02 FCMS Ambulance 3 arrives at the scene.

Case: Stolen car t-bones another car
Description: A man stole a Mazda MX5, because he had no girlfriend and he wanted to drive around in the city and get a girl, but he drove very fast. Suddenly a Bruckell Wendover
crossed the street and the Miata hit the Wendover with 172 kph and pushed it into a Hirochi SBR4.
Injuries: Wendover driver almost died, but survived. Miata driver had a broken arm. SBR4 driver had no injuries.
Cars involved: 1995 Mazda Miata with VTEC engine swap, 1992 Bruckell Wendover, 2016 Hirochi SBR4.
Location: West Coast USA
Aftermath:
The Thief went to prison for 10 years, the Miata was abandoned in a shed, were it is until today. Wendover was scrapped.
The SBR4 had almost no damage, just a few scratches.

Descripition: 1953 burnside special was speeding in Utah and the engine overheated. Smoke from the engone made it impossible to see, but it did not crash because it applied the brakes immediately.
Damage: engine parts have melted, engine coolant depletion, piston damage due to high temperature

Case: Rear-end crash, 23 November 2017, 15:27:01 East Coast Time.

Description: A teenager drove a car with high speeds to about 80 MPH, until he crashed the car.

Injuries: The woman who sat in the back of the car suffered minor injuries, the teenager suffered only one broken rib and some scratches.

Car(s): 1994 Ibishu Covet, 1999 Daewon NX168

Location: Crossing, Maine, USA

Aftermath: The people in the car that was hit were high school employees, a boss, a school nurse and two janitors (one of them was hit). The teenager didn't show up at the police station and at the court. He was found guilty for causing an accident, but he has also stole his sisters Covet. Both cars were declared total-loss and the cars were stripped and crushed 2 days after the accident.
