Parking Tickets

Why do the AI police cars keep honking then turn around? That would usually get you a ticket! this idea would make it so that when the police car wants to turn around after becoming impatient of a player vehicle, The player would get a 'you have been ticketed!' notification. How Does it know it's the player? If it's in front of it. If the police car is stuck in the middle of a traffic AI jam, it won't know if it's the player.

Blocking The Road Requires you to keep your car still. Keeping a car still means parking. Parking your car in the middle of the road is Illegal Parking.

It would be really hard to determine what qualifies as a ticket and frankly I don’t think it’s worth it for a little message to pop up.

Yeah but what if youre stopping at an intersection or otherwise legally stopping your car
