Fatal Error : The GPU is not responding

so upon loading up a level my game will freeze a few minutes into the game whether im driving around or crashing and an error message will show up on the screen https://i.imgur.com/VfsELCr.png
as well as this, this message appears just after the initial crash

now i have tried several things including : deleting cache, loading game in safe mode, uninstalling/reinstalling on a separate drive, and deleting the installation folder, i have included the crash log for you guys to have a look, thanks in advance for any replies

I think this happens due to the GPU freezing in between the loading stuff of the game.... I've got a gt710 and it does this a few times (due to crap cpu),
Most of the time the GPU is overclocked, works when it's normal/undeclocked, but most of the time, works fine,

Which Gou do you have and what are the specs?

 

i have a GTX 1080TI and i dont overclock it, i have tried uninstalling the drivers using DDU and reinstalling but still having the problem

from some investigating the game crashes only on Gridmap, and i seem to have mixing textures on some base maps, but when i get closer to the objects that have missing textures, they magically pop back in even though ive done a clean re-install

 

after doing this im still receiving crashes
