I begin with a tutorial on how to manually change the weather from a sunny day to a rainy day, by changing the numbers in the World Editor. I use the default East Coast USA (ECU) map as an example, but this will work on any map-- default or 3rd party. With the same values the results may vary-- because each map has it's own individual textures and attributes-- but generally, the results should be similar.
