Game is acting weird

Usually I can get 30-60 fps while driving, but for some reason, the game decides to run at 30 fps while going forward, but goes up to 70 fps while turning. I am a bit confused.

Oh, I appear to lack the ability to read lol

 

I had the same issue for about a week. I disabled all mods, cleared the cache folder, reloaded the game, loaded up grid map, back to the main menu, re-enabled mods, updated the mods & it started working again.
