Car Doesn't Drive And No UI After Update

Guys, I just updated my game and the pickup's front suspension is dropped down, there isn't any sound, I don't have any UI, nor can I drive any cars.

Is this just me?

 

Same thing happen to me i dont know whats happening i cant drive the car and the tires are white and when i click ctrl + w to see some cars to spawn i dont see the cars.

 

I spawned in the new Pigeon thing, the hinges are broken and it just falls to the ground for me.

 

Deactivate this mods:
-BRZ (subaru brz) for white tires
-bmw_pack for car list not loading
-RK's Highly Customizable Engines for car not driving and UI is not showing

No mods but still having the issue.

 

clear cache or clear cache deep i dont know reinstall the game or check the files of the game if something its wrong
