For some reason the skins won't show up when I select them. Any idea why?

 

Did you check if it's activated or that you dont have any mods that overwrite it?

I've tried updating this mod but i cannot get the Ernie Irvan or Richard Petty cars, is this something others have dealt with or is my game broken?
