Black screen problem

Hi bought the game today had been playing it for about 10 minutes then got a black screen and no signal but can still hear things in the background like discord etc any help would be greatly appreciated

Well, maybe your monitor unplugged or something?

 

Monitor is fine right up till I load the game ?

 

Do you have the game in full screen?

Try playing the game in window mode, it may fix the problem.

Aww that's a shame... Hmmm, try contacting the support team. I've had this problem before a long time ago, but I cannot remember what fixed it...
