Compared to other vehicles in the game including the bus, the FFB on the t-series is nearly non-existent. Can this be boosted and made equal? I'm using a T150 wheel. I remember the bus used to have the same issue, but now it's good.

I mean.. you could change the vehicle specific FFB strength in the tuning menu, but you would have to do it every time or save a config.

In Steam forums you mentioned this issue happens in the remake of the T-series too, so I've forwarded to the vehicle team for them to check :)

Shouldn't it be a little stronger?

Have you guys tested with a Thrustmaster wheel? Since Logitech users are reporting they don't see the problem, it might be something with the T wheels and the T series.

The FFB strength applies game-wide, we do not offer any kind of customization that would allow to single out one particular steering wheel + vehicle combination. You either affect all vehicles, or you affect all steering wheels.

Well, there are differences in the hardware. I have seen many cases in other games where some wheels work, others don't. That's why it's important to test with at least the common makes. Clearly with my setup, the T-series FFB is very different from the rest. The other vehicles are OK, but I must say BeamNG's FFB isn't the best, or at least I haven't found good settings. I don't have this issue in other driving games like MudRunner or American Truck Sim.

I just did some more tests, and indeed the T-series FFB is there but it's very weak. Normally I have the in-game FFB strength set to around 170 which is OK for the other vehicles but non-existent for the T-series. If I increase it to around 450, I feel it in the T-series (moderately) but it's unbearably heavy in other vehicles.

I can only say, there's technically no way to make the T-series stronger than other vehicles but only for your particular steering wheel. Neither by accident (to generate the situation you are suffering) nor intentionally (to fix the problem you are suffering).

Problem is still here for many wheels how i can see. Why do you speak about PARTICULAR WHEEL? For my wheel T-series FFB is weak too. (Logitech G25)

Logitech has the problem too. (I think it's in-game's problem)

Because other people are claiming this is about a particular wheel, while i'm 99% convinced that, if an issue exists, it has to be affecting all steering wheels, rather than only one particular wheel. Which you appear to agree with too in your post.

In any case, I'm still waiting for the vehicle devs to take a look at this and respond.

Looks like we need more info from users and more testing done by devs/testers as well.

A colleague dedicated some time today to look into this. The T-series FFB strength was indeed incorrect (this affected all steering wheel models), so this will be fixed in some future update :)

Great! I'm glad my feedback led to something positive for the game.

Any chance you could also look into the non-functional look-ahead camera? That would be useful especially for the T-series.

Oh, I'm not aware of issues with that. Could you please clarify what's the problem?

It's an option for the driver camera, but it does nothing. I remember there used to be a mod by the same name and that one used to work, though I later removed it because it either stopped working or reduced FPS.

Look-ahead works by turning the camera towards the vehicle's movement vector, it's not based off steering input. It's useful for drifting and noticing the loss of traction early. Try it on high speed

I tried it in normal driving and the camera didn't move at all while turning. So are you saying it's only intended for high speed driving or drifting and not for normal driving? That makes it rather useless.
