How Do i get the wheel models in blender with the car model

How would i get the wheel and tire models?

 

The tire and wheel models are in the common folder.

Thanks but how do i open it with blender and why cant i find the covet wheels

Btw, there's no difference between the wheels for the covet wheels and other vehicles wheels (that they use 4/5 lug wheels). The wheels aren't listed by vehicles, try to find 4 lug or 5 lug .dae files
