-Exorion had an extreme anger tantrum after his challenger mod got leaked, then went on a leaking mod rampage, causing a lot of private mods to have to be released
-there are a lot of new mods and WIP mods
-0.23 came out and broke every mod in existence
-there's an ETK 300-Series WIP
and that's about all of it, I'm pretty sure I missed a few

Yes I have some mods and when 0.23 came out they stopped making noises (the cars had the old sounds)
