    Hi!!
I have been playing BeamNG for about 3 years and bought a computer that should normally run this game pretty well. I have a computer that was a professional workstation (Dell precision T5500) with a dual xeon E5620 2.39 GHz with 24 GB of ram and an RX 570 4GB. (multithreading enabled)
I can't get a smooth game (minimum 60 IPS) and no freeze. I don't know if it is due to my processors being inefficient or just an optimization problem. On the optimizations side this is very unlikely because I may have spent 3 hours doing it (high mode power management, maximum processor capacity and all that goes capabeam.png para.png para2.png specordi.png it ...)If you have any optimization of the games or of my system, I would like to take it =)
I put you some pictures of my system and my games
    thank you in advance
    Flavio

I think it's your processor causing the issue. What do you have the graphic settings set too?

In beamNG there is already all in photo and of what there is of Windows I am in power management I am in performance. I think my problem comes from my RX 570 graphics card which crashes it is making bugs in the game. This is proof :

You ever solve the issue? I have the same specs but with a GTX 1650 instead. I get terrible performance on maps like Italy and Eastcoast single car. Thinking of getting a pair of x5670s and replacing the e5620s. Seems like either the game is more single thread and clock speed reliant.

Experimental Vulkan render is not so much single thread bounded, but DX11 games will always require fast single threaded computing performance, some more, some less, BeamNG has come far in this regards, but still you need fast single threaded to keep GPU happy.

With gtx1650 you probably will also find GPU limits in BeamNG, especially if playing SSAO, shadows and dynamic reflections enabled.

My gtx1050Ti is literally not suitable for 1080p in this game and with gtx1080 I have seen as little as 50W of reduction in power usage when going from Ultra to Low detail level, while maintaining locked 60fps, that is just 25% power usage reduction, which you can see as having 3/4 of work done instead of 4/4 work done.
So lowering graphics quality might not always help that much of GPU for some reason.

More cores is better when running more cars, but in DX11 you need fast single threaded to be able to use those other cores, then you need fast GPU too as cars don't have LODs and GPU is computing all the polygons all the time.

Vulkan works only windowed mode right now and is highly experimental rendering mode, but would allow your CPU do the job.

do you have some bugs with your graphics card, because it can be by the voltage of your card or by the fans, it done that when the card is too hot, it's normal and just have to optimise your fan

and if possible, rest with the FPS limiter, it's a 60 Hz screen's, so here's why you've some freeze
