Idk where to start so yea, ive decided to add to previously empty segment of concept cars in beamng (if we dont count OVO-11 since it was a flying concept vehicle) and model a Honda Fuya-Jo replica but lore-friendly! It is an old forgotten "party on the wheels" kei car concept made by Honda in 1999 for tokyo motor show, it surely isnt everyone's cup of tea, but its weird, quirky and is violently 90s so ive decided to save it from being fully forgotten and bring it in beamng as a lore friendly vehicle. So currently the body of the vehicle is mostly finishes besides the textures, door handles, side mirrors and some minor topology issues and im finishing suspension and the drivetrain at the moment, as its real life counterpart was just a shell on the wheels i have full freedom on making the drivetrain as i like. Ive decided to settle on modified covet suspension which will be made from a recycled metal for the concept factor purposes as well as 30kw electric engine with an option for a bigger 45kw model, it will be fwd, so nothing cool or fancy there. To model it ive used cad model by Honda themselves as a size reference at first and then just set up pictures from the different angles to model the rest As for the interior, ive got some sketches and rough mockups i will use in the future, but id like to move away from the original concept of it being a party box, to just being a vision of the future kind of thing with the latest and coolest technology of 1999 and future inside. Also here are some images of the real life concept: Also ill do modelling timelapses on my youtube channel and will keep yall updated with the progress i make, im hella motivated and getting it finished shouldnt be a problem
fits the recent theme of weird and obscure cars ( kinda like gran turismo with their 1000s of cars you've never heard of)
