World editor is broken

    When I try to move the ocean pane in west coast USA up it completely brakes the world and now everything is filled with water.

    What's broken in the world editor exactly?!
    If you mean how to go back to the original version, delete the west_coast_usa folder in the appdata/local/Beamng.drive/0.23/levels.
