Why st mods can be so stupid

so, when i want to create an account on st.mods and download some mods on any game mod idk what should say but anyways, i was waiting for a moderator to accept my account to be accepted. it limited my account! that is unacceptable, i really wish they got it banned
and on english, it says The ability to comment is limited for you. More details on your account page
i want st mods to be banned, sorry if this thread is not good,

st mods is a third party site that has horrible if not stolen mods. I'd reccomend just ignoring it.

i think stmods can legally be taken down by the devs, since that website contains pirated versions of beamNG

Please understand, not all Russians are bad, there are a lot of good people in Russia, but there are also bad ones. Bad people are everywhere and there is no way to fix it. The site owners are bad people and it's true.
