Adding ice on roads to make them slippery

Hi I was wondering is there a possible way to edit ice on roads in any maps such as Matrix Freeway, Italy, etc? I want to edit some ice onto some roads in any maps here on beamng.drive and save it as a winter version of the map in my own beamng.drive map library folder.

 

I don't know how to add ice, but I do know how to make roads slippery.
