Page Up and Page Down keys don't work when driving any D-Series

I use Alt page up and page down a lot to change my fov and page up/down to change camera zoom, but when I did it on the D-Series, nothing happens. The page up and down keys do nothing. Tested by me and someone else.
This has been a bug for a while now, before 0.22

 

It's not a bug, it happens because PageUp/PageDown are default control keys for the roll back car hauler upfit. You can delete those control keys in the settings, then the PageUp/Down will work. (The bindings for the roll back car hauler are in the Vehicle Special category. And the control keys of the Vehicle Special category are more important than other categories like Camera, so it happens on the D series)
