Rent A Box Storage Facility

    Can someone tell me where and how to get to the Rent A Box Storage facility. I don't know if it is a mod that I have to download I tried looking it up but I couldn't find anything. I already have the skin pack so I don't think that is the issue. If you can tell me thanks if you can't it is ok. If you do have answer can you upload a video if you can't then just tell me the directions in words. Thx

    The Rent-A-Box storage facility is not a mod, it is a building located in West Coast USA. It is right next to the "Got a Lemon?" sign on the building and next to the solar panels.

    It's nearby the solar panels which are next to the race track. It looks like this.
