help with port in italy

my port in italy is broken and i dont have textures with certain cars and maps with do i do?

but i need help to fix it there is no containers and no water with do i do to fix it?

 

For texture problem, clear cache.
And about having no container and water, did you delete them with the world editor?

 

i havent touched world editor and i have cleared cache mutlipe times and it did nothing i used the launch menu to clear cache it did nothing

 

happens to me too, and i never use wolrd editor
