ive thought about rain in beamng and how it would affect tire grip and having functional windshield wipers and maybe frosted windows that can be heated through the heater in the car this all as a setting obviously. would be cool to have in the game and would definantly make up for some nice gameplay/crashes
That's a pretty good idea but i'm not sure the heating is going to be implemented : P I think there was a mod that was like that, just it didn't affect grip. but rain is something I hope to see in the future
While true, I believe it’s just the default rain effect that the Torque3D engine provides, and like what Agent_Y said, it doesn’t look up to par with the rest of the game. It may be long shot engine-wise, but if the devs could revamp the rain and perhaps add a dynamic weather system to complement it, that would be very nice.
Might happen, but probably not when I'm alive lmao, this game is moving up pretty quick, but still, it'll take a while until we have Fernbus/Euro truck levels of weather simulation or even MSFS levels of weather simulation
