In game Widgeon isn't amphibious.

How about a 4 seater wigeon (or pigeon) I bet it'll look cursed.

 

I actually think that would be pretty cool, it might look like those small shuttles that theme parks and zoos use (kinda like this but on a pigeon frame)

 

I was thinking like a long version of the wigeon, and with 4 seats.

i did this to a widgeon (removed tires and added horn #11) it seems to work 80% of the time you just have to get it on the railroad tracks in west coast USA correctly
