UI Unbearably Slow

Hey guys, as stated in the above subject line, I've noticed that the UI has been extremely slow since the last major update. Today I wanted to put together a video for my channel but had to cut the recording short because the UI was basically useless. On top of that, I had issues loading the AI app with the UI completely freezing although I did continue to have control over the camera views around my car.

Does anyone know what makes the UI so slow? I've noticed it gets worse if there are more cars spawned from within the game but this has never happened before. It's extremely frustrating how the game breaks after every major update.

 

Specs?
I personally haven't encountered any problems on the newest update

 

My specs are as follows:
Ryzen 9 3900X
Radeon RX 6900XT
32GB 3600Mhz RAM

The difference is pretty drastic because everything ran smoothly before the update. My GPU performance is also a bit all over the place but that's another story.
