Do you make the textures yourself? If yes, in what program?

 

Well, depends on what you look at. For the interior I found some plastic, seat material textures and edited them, but a lot of the stuff is hand made in GIMP/Inkscape.

How difficult was it to model the hood with the fan indentations?

 

Not very, however.
