Gavril T-Series Issue

When I spawn in a Gavril T-Series it says engine disabled. I can't use any trucks! This happened after the update, it isn't any mods that I have that's causing the issue. Anybody know the fix?

 

I have that same issue but I don't know how to fix it.

 

So I play around with the T-Series a lot and I've encountered this issue multiple times. First question, do you have any T-Series mods whatsoever?

If you do, disable all of them, restart the game verify the integrity of the installation through steam, then use the in-game app to clear your cache.

Now with no mods running and what should be a working build of the game, spawn a t-series. Likely it works. Delete said t-series. Activate an individual T-Series mod. Spawn a new one. Still working? Disable the mod move to the next one. Rinse and repeat until you find the offending mod.
