Engines can overheat

I think it'd be pretty cool if your engine could overheat.For example if you were to crash into a wall at a slowish speed your radiator may be punctured(it would be pretty cool to see coolant leaking out as well as steam and stuff) and if you were to continue to drive around the temperature needle would shoot up and your engine would inevitably seize or what not....

this would be a good feature because engines overheat in real life and it happenned once

Ah yes, when the engine magically teleports to the inside of a wheel and overheats. Very typical among 80's cars.
