Because you got a conflicting mod. If you got WBIMP, it's this mod.

Go in the wbimp zip, and delete the "legran" folder.

 

Wbimp is canceled and is outdated so you have to delete wbimp to fix the legran.

If you delete the legran folder it breaks other parts of wbimp so i wouldnt recommend it.
Atleast of me anyway.

 

Oh, ok, i didn't actually install wbimp, i just heard people saying that.
