I was thinking about something about the forums :
How to get these little beamng logos ?

Because I've seen them on only a few number of members, and I've never seen a post with this before...
It's visibly called "Staff pick", but how can we get them ?

they can only be obtained if a staff member reacts with one
this can be for any reason, for example if a user does something that a developer finds impressive

 

Technically like mrcin said they can only be obtained if a staff member finds the message impressive or funny.
