help me please

so i have had a problem where after a few minutes of playing beamng my fps will drop from around 65-90 down to 10-15 out of nowhere, i even tried reinstalling the game if anyone has a fix please help

 

Check task manager, you most likely are running out of memory or your CPU is thermal throttling. (Possibly you are using a laptop)

 

i do have a laptop but, i have never had this problem until 2 days ago and usually my cpu and ram usage is fine

 

make sure nothing is overheating
