Hello, I am new to this game that I discovered and installed only 1 week ago, and I can't stop playing... I was thinking about creating scenario and read the very good post about it, which says created scenarios can be races only. Is this still true with the latest version? My idea was to create a variant of the garage delivery with some constraints, variants in which you would have to deliver the vehicle without any damage, or deliver it as quickly as possible, or both. Do you think this is possible? Thanks.
Look at the scenarios mods, you can definitely make more than a race now. And since what you want to do would only need a modified versoin of gtg delivery, it should be fairly easy.
