More like 0.69 Back to actual speculation about the taxi route thing, I wonder if they do implement it, whether taxi pick ups and drop off points will be randomly generated by the checkpoint system (except you would need to stop at each point to get/release passengers). I don’t know how it would work with the current bus route system, since unlike bus stops, taxi stops are in random locations just like the checkpoints.
what other 50's car is there? im pretty sure it's just the burnside and i think the pickle and miramar were only built in the 60s
the Piccolina was made from 1957 to 1973 in 3 phases Phase 1: 1957-1963 Phase 2: 1964-1968 Phase 3: 1969-1973
well the more you know (i literally went to the beamng site, checked the pickle's years, saw it was from 1957, and still pretended like i thought it was from the 60's i have a very very smooth brain)
that's like that one mile marker on a highway in (i think) Kansas or Colorado. People were stealing it because it was mile marker 420 so they changed it to 419.99
Maybe they could make a checkpoints system similar to the one they're using for Garage To Garage Delivery scenario?
I would LOVE to see more scenarios like Garage to Garage, as it is, in a weird way, a form of career mode. But to go back and zoom out for a second, other than career mode, what else do you guys think is going to be coming out? The team (who don't get nearly as much credit as they deserve), have managed to consistently push out either a new map or car versions every major update, even if there was something else that was HUGE in the update. For example: PBR was the biggest thing this update, and it certainly took a lot of time, but they also added the Wigeon and the Pigeon remaster.
Oh, didn't notice that. I originally thought there were 4 phases and forgot to change it there. Thanks for notifying me, already edited the message
Not just the assumption, but from the devs telling us this. I remember this being on the website. Maybe I'm just looking in the wrong places, but I can't find it anymore.
Me neither. I vividly remember it too. I wouldn't be surprised if they chose to delete all mentions of this. :|
I don't remember anything suggesting all future content would be free, just a complete game. Raising the price of the game still makes it a one time purchase, there still isn't any source of sustainable income there. I for one would gladly throw my wallet at TDev if it means a long term sustainable stream of additional content.
would like some more transparency from the devs regarding this honestly. the cat is already out of the bag, no point trying to stuff it back in
