Is there a way to find all unused assets

Hey,

I have many many assets loaded on to my latest Map Project. Nearly 70% I didn't even used.
Is there a simple and easy way to scan for all unused assets, for clean up, and minimizing file size.
.dae and .dds would be nice.

It gets very hard to do this by hand.
