WIP Beta released Duramax Diesel Engine Addon for D-Series/H-Series/Roamer

Can you maybe make some diesel gauges? I love the mod and I love driving diesels, but I also love driving in first person, and it kinda ruins the experience when the redline is way too high.

 

I have narrowed down any mod conflictions for days, the only mod i can find that breaks my game is this one sadly. please fix i believe theirs a code error as when i install no engines in my game run or respond at all

Make sure ALL other mods are disabled, clear the cache and if it still does not work, reinstall the game. You’re the first I’ve heard who is having issues, give these things a try.

 

i swear ive tried everything youve listed. something about the duramax mod just cripples my game engine physics for every engine

 

Make sure this is the only mod enabled. If it still slows the game down, might just be your pc.

 

its not a problem slowing down. the UI and game doesnt know what to do and im just letting you know cuz ive singled it to this mod only. the Tach shows no numbers and is wack, no engines work after i try to equipped the duramax. idk what this problem is but this mod was absolutely great when i was using it and sounded great to.

 

You could try reinstalling the game, this is the first time I’ve heard of this issue. See if that makes any difference.

This isn't my problem, but my buddy is too lazy to post this; recently, he's been having an issue where when he crashes, his entire drivetrain disappears. He's narrowed it down to this mod (has all other mods deactivated besides this one and problem still occurs). He's tried reinstalling the game, reinstalling the mod, clearing cache, verifying files, but still no solution. I myself have not encountered this problem, along with my other friends. Me and him have the same exact mods due to playing multiplayer a lot.

By the way, this is by far the best mod I've ever found, keep up the amazing work!

 

Thanks for the support! Its hard to narrow it down as an issue with the mod and the new update for instance as its the first time I've heard of this. Might be a long shot but ask him if all his drivers are up to date (GPU, chipset, etc.) See if that has any effect on it?

It's the "Modern Brodozer" config included with the mod. The hoodstack is unreleased.

so no clue why but if i crash and it hits the engine this happens if could please tell me how to fix this or if the fix is in the works

 

this, along with MANY other issues are going to be addressed in the next update.

 

So this mod is amazing and all but the turbos should have a better sound for them considering an actual duramax engine turbo isn’t squealing so loud i have to throw my headset. The regular turbo sound from any stage on other v8 diesel engine mods sound almost like what a real one would sound like. If you are able to change the sound to one of those this mod would be flawless
