Still getting weird inverted normal lighting

I thought you fixed the bug where normal-map lighting is glitchy and turns white? I still have the bug

 

maybe this is what he is talking about? I have this annoying bug...interior view outside just blurs white, so it starts as regular in the dash view, then slowly fades into this white kaka-booshy...

After this pic was taken. mostly the whole outside environment turned white. Once I switch views, it goes away...NEVER saw this before, until I deleted my original install (and all the mods with it...oops) and a fresh Steam install, and vi`ola, annoying lighting bug...ill start a new thread but figured I would use the SEARCH BAR and came across this. Dunno if it is even Normal Lighting issue or something completely different...I have an AMD A6-3420M with Radeon HD graphics, FYI, and I use Catalyst software to tweak desktop colors and contrast but I don't think those settings have anything to do with what is happening here. Also this bug happens on the exterior views but not nearly as bad.

Here is another pic...strange, makes the game unplayable now at some points...FPS seems OK, nothing else is wrong, just this weird lighting issue...any thoughts??

 

I think it's the HDR that's messing up something. Try disabling it or disabling postfx.
