So I'm working on re-exporting my cars for the improved paint materials, but they come out looking pretty bad. The textures for cloth, plastic, and carbon fiber don't come out right. Idk if its because of the pbr compatibility update that automation put out or something going wrong when I export. Each car crashes the game after saying " Export Finished". They do have a lot of fixtures to make out the detail but... could that alone be the reason for the crash? Does anyone know of a way to fix it? Here's what they look like in Automation View attachment 819959 And here's what they look like exported... Sorry for the photo dump Was trying to give reference
my 11 YEAR OLD sister was throwing a tantrum because i didnt give her chocolate, and decided to break 2 vases in my house so yeah theres a story
After almost two years with no progress, this thing is back in development and it's better than ever. Everything has been redone from scratch including the engine, suspension, sounds, and overall design. This car is based on the 1997-2001 Saab 9-5 2.3T Aero. It comes equipped with a tuned 2.3 liter turbocharged Inline-4 engine making roughly 300 horsepower and a 5-speed manual gearbox. If everything goes according to the plan, it should be released as a downloadable mod in the coming weeks.
Haven't touched Automation in a good while. Came back to it and now I've made this, the 1978 Doberman SH1 3500, a European executive car with a 3.5l V8 up front, four on the floor and RWD. Designed with one eye on the future but still using carburettors and a solid rear axle to keep costs down
I do not assume interiors might be a thing, except the Automation devs provides indoors support. I bet exported cars, if accessible, may be changed to have interiors. Peter Virdee chairman of Virdee Foundation has a lot of cars: 5 Rolls Royce, 2 Buggati
