Thank you, nice to hear something good lately, out of 4 reviews, the last 2 are really unfair and not considerate of how hard I worked on the latest update*, it really discourages people, I get why some modders quit, people just love to complain without asking first at least, like they paid for it or something...of course the other 2 reviews and your comment are the feedback I stick with, but still, it's devastating to receive such comments after weeks of work, the fonts used in the plates most of the time had to be created from zero since they simply don't exist yet, and the research and creation process is quite substancial, it looks that is taken for granted most of the time, for Sweden I had to create 3 platefonts because there were differences enough between them, so I never cut corners. I'm not saying I will quit of course, but at the same time, as I said in the last message, I'm feeling a bit burned out lately with modding, so I can't say when the next update will be, sorry for everyone interested, but there's little to no motivation for me to keep going for now at least. *One of them is the usual 'something is broken' when it's not really broken, I ask for checking, and that never happens, so the score and the review keeps reflecting flaws that are simply not there, and the other review...well, I better not talk about that one.
Well, just as useful information, when a country gets added, it just gets added on its own slot, maybe before other country yes, but not instead of any other one. Simple and obvious facts for those who need to hear it, now with that out of the way, I'm still deciding on which one will be next, as always, it takes time since research itself takes a lot of the time, some countries are quite complex with their past license plates and I don't want to simplify just for the sake of it, and of course, creating the font charts takes a lot as well afterwards, since some countries and/or years have never been digitalized before, and I have to do it by finding every individual character all across the internet, then, the spacing between characters in the game have to be adjusted, the plate backgrounds have to be done as well...it's definitely not that easy. With that being said, I want to remember everyone about the sizes issue, if we get technical, almost each country has an specific size, if you look Wikipedia's article about plates sizes you'll see how big of a mess this is in real life, thankfully the differences in most cases are minor and the standard BeamNG plates can take care of most of them, but for countries such as Switzerland, which uses a very specific front size, that's out of my depth for now at least, hopefully one day I get to do custom sizes, which could also expand the selection for existing ones (many EU countries have short and thin plate sizes available for certain cars) but for now, I'll focus on the ones that can be done with the current default EU size, being able to include decals has already expanded things a lot, so we'll see. So long story short, no EU country is out of my plans as such, but technical and research reasons might push certain ones quite a while, that's all.
Hi JorgePinto, Sorry for my delays in posting this, but there were some issues in some of the yellow number plates after the update. Notably in the Pessima and Hopper. Otherwise I have been enjoying your mod, and especially love the Swedish number plates and the attention of detail that you put in the number plates.
Thank you for the bug report, I indeed forgot to update the plates position for the yellow plates for those, I will make a hotfix to solve that ASAP. Will also check every license plate combination to ensure no more cars are affected and if so, they will be fixed as well. EDIT: I found a couple more issues, like missing plate options in certain cars or a broken texture, all of that will be fixed as I said, hopefully the hotfix will be ready tomorrow (since I don't think it will be approved today) EDIT 2: Update is awaiting approval!

First of all, it is important to clarify what support means in this case. Since there are no custom plate sizes, all designs* already work on the stock EU and US plate sizes, so the '94 ETK K for example is already covered on its majority: What is missing from any specific mod car or even stock BeamNG cars before I do anything, is support for custom variations, hence the * on top, the big feature missing in all cases would be having rear yellow plates support, since that has to be manually applied to every car. So in this case, UK plates and 1993-2004 french plates would not look right for example, featuring white rear plates only, but the remaining countries would be fine. So with that out of the way, no, I don't support mod cars since first it requires the author's permission, and on top of that, would be a bottomless pit of requests just like this one, in order to add support to dozens of mods. It can happen the other way round, some authors asked me for permission to add compatibility to their cars, so if the authors of those mods want to, I'm happy to support them, it has already happened before (And for the main reason I specified before, to add support for rear yellow plates) and honestly, I'm not going to go behind every modder offering it either. Since it only requires a small and easy to custom file to add support, it's an easy job to do, but again, a talk has to be done before, and I'm not starting any to avoid a mess.
Technically you could change the way the custom size plates work. You could use an opacity map to make part of the EU or US plate invisible so it wouldn't need a custom model and it would hopefully work on all cars. But idk if the EU or US plate would be big enough to cut the size you want out of it.
I actually thought about that, but since the 3d model behind would still be there, I'm worried about doing a half-assed job since I don't know if the original jbeaming would affect their behaviour on crashes among others (and I know that, for example, when a plastic bumper 'breaks', parts of the mesh just become invisible) I'll keep trying and experimenting though.
Hey, could you possibly do a Polish / Eastern European license plate. I understand if you do not, this is just a request. Not an obligation
Don't know if anyone noticed yet but the update kinda made the RHD interiors a bit toxic and also broke the gauges
Just redid the whole thing, I just need to mirror the textures, and done. EDIT: Finished all updates on the FCV RHD cars, including the configs, which were also broken at this point. Managed to remove custom textures, so the final file will be a bit lighter too. Support for all the game alternative steering wheels have also been added by using RHD slots for each wheel, which was necessary to fix the race config anyway.
