Hi this is my First major mod for BeamNG, I have over the years been messing around with modding beam and modelling and finally thought id actually make something cool and to add to the lore of BeamNG hope you enjoy my progress and any feedback is welcome! (this does use Miramar Parts but i have modified it a lot and will not be a modification for a Miramar instead a separate vehicle) May change name to satsuma but for now will be datsuro The Lore The 1970s Satsuma B12 is a Compact Utility vehicle released by Satsuma, (the child company of Ibishu), this is one of the many versions of the 12 Series by Satsuma. The 12 Series design takes after the Satsuma 51's design but essentially scaled down slightly to be more City friendly and economical and offers optional front disc brakes as well as McPherson struts on the front on the sportier B12 GT Spec Model. The engine options available for the B12 are FR Layout and are a 1.2 Inline 4 engine, 1.4 Inline 4 Engine, and in 1979 in south Africa a 1.4 Turbo and 1.5 Diesel was introduced. For the GTR (or Hakotora) a Ibishu contracted tuning company took the stock B12 and fitted C1 Skycruiser (Skyline) bodywork as well as a scorching 2.0 Inline 6 Engine Planned versions (Subject to change): (The Turbo Models and 1.5 Diesel were only available in south Africa from 1979) GL Spec (1.2 N/A Carb Inline 4 engine, bench seat, basic Plastic dash, Custom Steel Wheels and other basic components S Spec (1.4 N/A Carb Inline 4 engine, Standard 2 Seats, Wood Dash, Custom Alloys XT Spec (1.4 Turbo Injection Inline 4 engine, Standard 2 Seats, Plastic Dash, Off Road Steel Wheels XD Spec (1.5 N/A Diesel Inline 4 engine, Standard 2 Seats, Plastic Dash, Off Road Steel Wheels XTD Spec (1.5 Turbo Diesel Inline 4 engine, Standard 2 Seats, Plastic Dash, Off Road Steel Wheels GT Spec (1.4 Turbo Injection Inline 4 engine, Standard 2 Seats, Wood Dash, Custom Alloys GTR Spec (2.0 N/A Injection Inline 6 engine, 2 Sport Seats, Lightweight Interior + Dash, Custom Light Weight alloys JDM Showcar Config Race Config Off-road Config Shown Below is the Different Grille Variants, GL, XT, XTD Variant S, GT Variant GTR/Hakotora Variant (Concept) New Pictures Credit (Not Final List) : BeamNG for the Miramar Me for editing and any content made atm

Maybe a dumb idea, but you could call it Satsuma instead of Datsuro, because it looks similar to the Satsumas we have in game as mods, and the GL/GT trim names are the same as the MSC Satsuma mod has
ill probably keep to the Datsuro name purely for the lore ive already written out for it but also because the satsuma is part of a different game and the lore being different, where as ive got more Datsuro cars planned in the future that are rebranded ibishus
I like the Datsuro name (despite its similarity to Datsun). Im hoping its the out of home market version of Ibishu (Like Datsun to Nissan). Either way tho I love lore, this looks awesome, and im excited to see this in game one day.
nice! I know name suggestions are usually frowned upon, but what about satsuma as the brand name (as there have been some other datsun mods e.g. satsuma 210) overall very cool
If I'm being honest, I like Datsuro more than Satsuma. It's an interesting name and I'm curious about the lore it's self. Anyway, keep up the neat work. Looks good.
Only just realised there are two satsuma cars available for beam atm I like datsuro but I’m considering satsuma tbh it’s gonna have a rebrand available that will make it to a ibishu which for the lore is only available in Japan
Well it is your choice, I'd just stick with Datsuro since its already a serviceable name as is (not like many people should be worrying about that anyways).
