I dont know how to fix this bug. What worked with people in my server they deleted veyron in the vehicles folder (Not in mods). And they deleted the mod too and reinstalled it.

 

its really weird im going to reinstall when the next update hits

Because, as mentioned by @Fps Films, he won't be updating this mod since it was originally private, and now it has some bugs.
