Given enough time spent you can make pretty much anything to work, wish I had the time to help. Maybe if you have questions about future progress I can try to give some advice, just post away !

This is a project I did some time ago, getting typed text (and obviously other stuff) into the etk800 screen :


It was a quite complicated setup using an external text file,batch, html texturing and even an added javaScript library P5.js (that's Processing) and stuff. But I think it's good possible too to put text inside the console so that it reaches your laptop screen. To get text through the console might take (quite) some pre-programming though
