    5800x
    6700XT
    2x16GB 3800MHz Dual Rank Ram
    B550i Aorus Pro AX
    1440p
    All overclocked (No errors)

Used DDU for a totally fresh driver install (21.11.3)

    Ultra preset settings

I also tried everything, Fresh windows install, default BIOS settings, no software running, no overclocks and it's the same performace, every other game is totally fine.

    250 FPS in Grid Map
    upload_2021-11-24_18-30-56.png

    80-90 FPS in Italy
    upload_2021-11-24_18-29-39.png

60 FPS with AI (7 Cars)

    upload_2021-11-24_18-30-56.png

Totally unplayable massive stutter/lag/microstutter in some maps like Small Island
    upload_2021-11-24_18-32-41.png

The clock speed seems be extremely jumpy and if you put the min MHz close to the Max MHz in AMD Settings it does help but is still here

I also sometimes get very low FPS Eg 40-60 FPS in industrial zone/small island even at Normal settings.

If you need any more info just ask

I can barely hit 60fps in wcusa on normal-low settings with 5 traffic cars. I got better performance on my 900 dollar laptop, this is a very powerful computer.

my rx570 8gb while more powerful than my old gtx 960 has provided underwhelming results when in beamng and its only gotten worse with the updates.

i cant find the performance thing where do i find it?

EDIT: just realized it was old menu instructions idk how to find anything in this new ui

My gpu usage corresponds with the stuttering. It heavily fluctuates between 80% and 30% It used to just be the core clock but Ive disabled deep sleep with morepowertool and I have a minimum clock speed set (which actually works now). Theres a lot less stuttering, but there's still some and the framerate is way low.

    CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X 4.65GHz
GPU: AMD Radeon RX6700XT 12GB (newest drivers 21.11.3)
    RAM: Kingston FURY 16GB DDR4 3200MHz CL16
    Support ID: 117223

idk how to enable perfomance graph after 0.24 update so there's screenshots from MSI Afterburner
low-ish FPS is in any more demanding map (West Coast, Italy etc.)
GPU Usage on any Map is not higher than 80%, there's some stuttering, lower on higher, depends on actual situaltion and the fps is way lower than it should be

To open the Performance Graph with new UI : Escape > Options > Performances > Open Performance Graph

I'm particularly concerned by this thread as I plan to buy a AMD computer and mainly play BeamNG.

Update on Shuttering with new update (0.24.1)

Fixed some maps and Small island (beamng official map)

But shuttering is still happening on some mod maps like "Ultimate test terrain" and "Roane County TN USA"

    (6700XT) (Newest Drivers)

    :)

My Radeon R9 290 runs at 50-55fps on normal setting with grass density at 55% and Anti Aliasing off. That seems a bit low, right?

I did some more testing and I found out some maps have shutter and all maps with traffic/more than a few cars causes unplayable shutter on my 6700XT on 21.12.1 Driver.

I looked at the clock speeds and it seems to be jumping from "gaming mode" (High clock speeds) to Deep sleep mode (Very low clock speeds (Around <50Mhz) when the CPU is loaded more or on some maps with a single car.

I Hope it gets fixed soon as I can barely play Beamng anymore with this shutter.

I think this issue should be put in https://documentation.beamng.com/known-issues/

theres a more power tool fix for this that works pretty well but not 100%.

    https://forums.guru3d.com/threads/d...mpt-can-potentially-remove-stuttering.438164/

it removes the stuttering somewhat but the framerates still suck
