No many cars after update

Hi. after this update I detected a horrible issue : many default presset cars is missing in vehicle menu.
From Gavril stayed only Bluebuck, Barstow and Grand Marshall. No D-series, T-series and much more. Many props is missing. Even updated H-series. I dk how to fix it.

(i've tried to disable mods and clear filters).
A bit about new GUI : it's terrible, not intuitive and buggy. Sometimes it can freeze with no reason.
I have not very good PC, but i could play on lowest presset Full HD and have 40-70 FPS on previous update, but here the FPS is very bad. On 4:3 1024×768 I have only 30-50 FPS, with visual bugs, freezes and glitches Please, fix and return old GUI.
