In my PC i installed a 1050 TI that I had in spare that i use for recording and streaming with OBS in addition of my 1660 SUPER that I use with games but BeamNG is always launching on the 1050 TI any solution to change that also IDK why but the 1050 TI is GPU 0 and the 1660 SUPER is GPU 1 maybe that's the problem, let me know.

Pretty weird setup, but I think you can somewhere inside of Windows itself change which GPU should be the one to be used with "Performance" applications.
Or, open the Nvidia Control Panel, go to the 3D settings tab on the left, the first thing that should pop up above the settings menu is a drop down with the title: Preferred graphics processor ... Just change that to the 1660S and you're good to go

do you run a dual monitor setup?
if yes, make beamng run on the monitor which is connected to the 1660

neither in windows nor in the NVIDIA control panel you can choose which apps are running on which GPU, this is only available with intel GPUS, I was hoping that in beaming settings you can choose like GPU1 or GPU 0

it's in french but you will get the point

not sure if its possible if you have 2 gpus connected to 1 monitor..
but, if you have 2 monitors connected, you can select which monitor you want beam to run on...

but, not so sure if you can do that using borderless mode..
