Add paint damage. that is, with a dent, pieces of paint will fly off. in case of fire, the paint of the car will burn. Like in Grand Theft Auto.
I would also like to have scratches

P.S. sorry if something is wrong. my English is bad.

    Really helpful, thanks for posting.

For real though, this gets posted every few days. I'd suggest using the search, but there's already a post about this right now on the current page in this subforum. You should have seen it before creating a new thread.

Paint damage effects in games like GTA are usually baked into the texture, they're not calculated procedurally like they'd want to implement in this game, so it's not a trivial addition that'll be implemented any time soon.

Adding it as a simple texture change would be better than nothing. For my part I don't care if it's not procedural. If I get into mud, I'd just like my car to get dirty, just like Snowrunner. If I get offroad in Utah, there should be dust on the body and the tyres, like Forza Horizon 5. I mean, it's just to add some realism. Just cosmetic. I'll deal with it !
