Agencies are only required to buy NAFTA-made cars, not American companies' cars - so a presumably US-made Japanese car would at least theoretically be fair game for the cops. In fact, the California Highway Patrol considered Camrys for their use.
That only applies for certain funding though. A number of agencies use non-NAFTA made cars, most notably any agency using the Caprice PPV (Based on the Commodore, made in Australia), which is quite a lot of agencies actually.
I wish there were yellow lights like we had in Europe until the 90s. I think someone on the forum had a bug where it occurred, and it looked really neat
it has no screen or vents the pessima race interior removes the vents and radio, same deal pretty much although the pessima has carbon fiber and adds a few switches
I like the fact that the new Pessima has a dedicated racing suspension. It gives the possibility of making many more configurations.
