Hello again, interior is coming to a closing. Temporary cluster for now, but will be done this week i think.



has all the different versions and colour combinations also.

Very nice looking interior, but it seem to be too modern for the model, and to fit with analog jauges.
Maybe for a facelift version with digital jauges, and keep a more "classic" interior for this version.

 

a digital "analog" gauge clustter would be cool, since bmw of that era had similar LCD backlit gauges

Hello again, figured id show you guys some of the progress currently. Been troubling with the suspension a whole lot but it's now functioning properly so i can probably close that chapter for now. It does ride better now and should be less sensitive.

Still have some exhaust stuff and small details left to do like the cluster and other minor stuff but i think this will be the biggest update its got in a while, just because it's so outdated.

Yes air vents will be added when i know how they going to look like... we'll see.

Its a fair point, i think i'll keep a analog dash version and a screen version whenever i can get that working. But other than that, i think the interior suits the year as it isn't trying to be too futuristic but rather adding a few of the modern stuff that it was missing previously.

Thx so much I only found one small bug : On the painted wagon unibody which is used in the tt-sport models the digital part of the gauges don't work (It think it's a 0.24 related issue which also happened with many etk 800 mods) and the tailgate lettering for the tt-sport models only says 856 but I'm sure that's gonna be fixed in the next official update anyway. I'm so hyped for the official update)

 

That is not a bad idea. Since it has skin support now i could see what i can do.

Here's a few progress pics so far. Reworked the base model headlights as they were mostly temporary at the time, they now look splendid if you ask me. i have added a skidtray and stuff from the bastion which quite frankly did fit well on this car without much editing.

Interior is mostly done, only need to add vents. Going to use the stock etk800 gauge cluster for all variants for now until i can get a display working the way i want it to, it does fit well anyway.

I have also added some wind deflectors inside the front bumper to mimic airflow and to make it harder to see the stuff behind the grille etc, i think it works well.


Not really sure yet when it's being released, but i shouldn't be long.

Diesel gauges this update? Diesel rocks in this car

 

Doing that would require more extra work for an interior i really don't fancy using on this car, but ill keep that thought if im ever bored.

Yes, it now has all gauges working as they should so now there will be diesel gauges too

Some clips of it's status currently, engine sounds with the V8 etc.

Has got the whole jbeam reworked and improved now, not really sure when im updating but i could do a simple update so you guys atleast can drive it.

Looking great soo far!!!You should add projector lens to the higher end headlights, instead of reflector style lights. Can't wait for the update
