My mods have also dissapeared. There is a way of getting the repo ones back easily though, Go to mod manager and click on update mods and there will be a section of missing subscriptions And press download all. But if there are non repo mods try this that someone sent me: Go to your user folder and move all of your mods from Beamng.drive/0.23/mods to Beamng.drive/0.24/mods It probably fixes the problem.
