Spawn AI cars don't react to police sirene / can't use TAB to switch vehicles

Can't find if this was mentioned before. In the 'past', spawn AI reacted to Police sirens. Not anymore, they just keep on going. Also, changing vehicles in AI can't be done bij TAB. TAB only works when I add new vehicles myself.

 

Under gameplay you need to uncheck switch to traffic cars (it’s something like that).

the police siren thing is probably just a hug. I also notice how they still respect traffic signals even in the random mode, which makes no sense

 

I am also having this issue. When I spawn up some cars myself individually and then set them as traffic I can't use TAB to switch to them. I have 'disable vehicle switching' unchecked in the gameplay menu, and I have double checked that TAB is indeed the correct allocated button for switching vehicles, however it still doesn't work.
