Every time I update beamng.drive, starting from version 0.24.0.0, my configured Hud is reset to default position. Looks like the file, associated with Hud, is being overwritten and I don't know where it is located.
C:\Users\you\AppData\Local\BeamNG.drive\0.24\settings\ui_apps\layouts\default when you restore it on the next update make sure the version number maches or it will not work.. open the file and you'll see version":0.53, and so on
I figured out the fps on jungle rock, I just changed the quality from high to normal at first and the increase was up to 75 fps and back to high now fps 52 even on other maps fps has grown a lot in italy in the heaviest location more than 60 fps
although there are still no dynamic reflections were disabled as I turned them on, everything came back, but in 0.23.5 they did not take a lot of fps --- Post updated --- as I understood, the dynamic reflection in 0.23.5 is to blame, I set the refresh rate parameter to the maximum fps dropped a little bit, I usually set it to 3
1. UI apps that are anchored to the center remain in the same place, although they should move down like the rest of UI apps that are not anchored to the center. 2. When you press the mission play button and turn on walk mode, when the screen goes dark, the mission does not start correctly, this happens with any mission. Also virtual directional arrows on the road are reflected on traffic cars.
Another issue is when I try to use shadowplay to record beam it says that Desktop capture is required to record when it was never required before. Apparently it is possible the game developer is using Shadowplay's NVAPI automatically to enable this functionality within the game itself. If this can be looked into that would be great. Also when I try to set up my graphics settings it doesn't save the changes even when I hit apply settings, it just keeps resetting it back to default. This should also be fixed. Thanks!
I tried it myself out of curiousity and it actually happen everytime time I attempt this I thought showing the Beams might help ^^" Not too sure I understand what's happening but the "Nomi GTX Front Pliter" is definitely at fault
my vehicle selector is showing thumbnails with nothing on them for mods i dont have, and i cant turn custom configs off like i can click the button to turn it off but it doesnt work
While people here post the rough edges they've found in the latest updates and hotfixes, I'm here to say: Thank you, Development Team, for keeping up with us. You are great. We all here appreciate all your efforts, and we all are sorry that you have to crunch heavily to make us all satisfied. Love you, guys and gals. In my eyes - y'all rock. Please always keep in mind that we all love all you do, and I hope that thought will get you through the darkest hours. I do really enjoy the updates - as everyone here - and have been enjoying them since what, 2014? 2013?... the Good Ol' 0.3 update..? Y'all doing your best, and have our deepest appreciation for that.
In the hot-hotfix (is that even what you call it?) there's a Pause button on the top right of the menus when you open the game but it just goes away when you click on it.
It wasn't mentioned in the hot fix notes, but the new stitching in the Burnside interior was removed, is that correct? I don't see it anymore. If so, that's a great change! Thanks for listening to the feedback! ________________________________ Another issue is that I don't have "Use Steam Name for License Plate" checked in the options, yet it's still showing up on every new spawn vehicle.
Although it may not linked to this update, the lubrication system on some cars seems a little inefficient in the game. In some cars,I consistently got that "starvation of oil" message while doing laps. And in some cars the engine can be damaged and fully disabled in this way just by keeping turning in one direction and driving circles. Is this normal?
